We cater to a wide range of events, including but not limited to conferences, concerts, festivals, trade shows, corporate events, weddings and private parties.

How does the powerbank rental service work?

Event organizers can rent a set number of Power stations for their event. These Power stations provide powerbanks that are distributed to attendees who can use them to charge their devices. After the event, the powerbanks are collected and returned to the power station.

What is the rental duration?

We offer flexible monthly rental subscription packages to event centers. The rental duration can be customized based on the event’s schedule.

How many Power stations can we rent for an event?

Each Power station provides 24 powerbanks. The number of power stations available for rental depends on the size and requirements of your event. Please contact us with your event details for a tailored quote

What are the specifications of the powerbanks?

Our powerbanks typically have a capacity of 10,000mAh, which can charge 3 smartphones simultaneously. They are equipped with universal charging cables to accommodate various devices

Are the powerbanks compatible with all devices?

Yes, our powerbanks come with universal charging cables compatible with most smartphones and tablets, including both iOS and Android devices.

How are the powerbanks distributed at the event?

We can set up a distribution station at your event where attendees can pick up and return powerbanks. Alternatively, we can provide on-site staff to manage the distribution process.

What happens if a powerbank is lost or damaged?

In the event of a lost or damaged powerbank, a replacement fee will be charged. The fee will be outlined in the rental agreement.

What happens if there is an issue with the power stations during the event?

Our support team is available to assist with any issues that may arise. We provide on-site and remote support to ensure smooth operation throughout your event.

What are the payment terms?

Payment terms will be outlined in the rental agreement. Payment of the subscription fee for any package (as well as any additional fee from additional use) is done after the end of a preceding month of usage. NO fees are paid at deployment
